Sugar Land also gets a 20,000-sf tenant at Commerce Green Onevia a newly cut deal with AMICA Insurance and a 9,100-sf signingwith Lanier Worldwide at Granite Towers.

According to third quarter reports, Sugar Land has 3.2 millionsf of office space. The submarket had a 13.5% vacancy rate at theQ3 close and average rents of $20.82 per sf for class A space and$17.09 per sf for class B space.
