Transwestern Commercial Services is the owner of Two Sugar Creek, situated at 77 Sugar Creek Blvd. Fluor Daniel, an entity of Fluor Corp. is a large, publicly owned engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and business services company.
Sugar Land also gets a 20,000-sf tenant at Commerce Green One via a newly cut deal with AMICA Insurance and a 9,100-sf signing with Lanier Worldwide at Granite Towers.
According to third quarter reports, Sugar Land has 3.2 million sf of office space. The submarket had a 13.5% vacancy rate at the Q3 close and average rents of $20.82 per sf for class A space and $17.09 per sf for class B space.
