Auto Auctioneer Leases 131,000 SF

LINDEN, NJ-Manheim Auto Exchange's transaction is the second recent lease Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist has arranged for an auto auction tenant in Central New Jersey.

The transaction was arranged by Adam Glickman, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist, based in Roseland, NJ. Co-broker in the transaction was Jack Kennedy of Resource Realty.

The Manheim lease marks the second Glickman has completed recently for an automobile auction tenant. The first one was on behalf of Adessa Automobile Auction, which took space at the redeveloped former Johns Manville plant site in Manville, NJ.
