Donahue Schriber has paid $9 million for the complex, which isknown as Windmill Marketplace. Completed in March 2001, the retailcenter is currently 86% leased. Occupants include anchor tenantsRalphs and Walgreens, as well as Starbucks, Quizno's, Cold StoneCreamery and Mail Boxes Etc.

"Windmill Marketplace is a good addition to our portfoliobecause the property is an asset with the right tenant mix in aprospering community," says David Mossman, Donahue Schriber's vicepresident of development.

The developer plans to build two additional pads on the WindmillMarketplace's center property in the upcoming year. They willencompass a total of 9,000 sf.
