Doug Nicholson, senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston industrial group, represented the buyer, Mass Wholesale, a party supply provider. It currently have a location at 9909 Harwin Dr. in Houston and could not be reached by press time to confirm whether it's a relocation or the plan is to keep both locations. Nicholson declined comment on the deal.

Ft. Worth-based Blackmon Mooring Steamatic was leasing the site for its Houston operation. It recently signed a 10-year deal to relocate to the Beltway 8 Business Park in the city's southwest corridor. The firm has had a Houston branch for 30 years in its 25-city Texas portfolio. It specializes in fire, water, storm and accident restoration services.
