Steinwedell will head up the Wells asset management team as managing director of acquisitions and dispositions. Wells hopes to make about $1 billion in acquisition and disposition transactions by early 2003.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Steinwedell has handled $2.2 billion in capital market transactions over the span of his career. He comes to Wells from capital markets advisory firm Steinwedell & Associates where he was a principal.
Steinwedell has also held senior-level positions at Cushman Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Aetna Life and Casualty.
