Wright Services, a distribution and assembly company for Posturepedic mattresses, signed a three-year lease for the building, constructed in the mid-1980s. Ellwood/Richards LLC of Poway, CA is the building owner.
The Grubb & Ellis Co. Phoenix team of Andy Markham and Mike Haenel, senior vice president, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Grubb & Ellis' Rick Foss and Pete Klees, also a senior vice president, represented the building owner.
Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN brokers Brian Cahane and E. Thomas Naseef closed the books on a 37-month expanded lease, valued at $175,000, for Guaranteed Tours Inc. in Las Vegas. The tenant took occupancy at the beginning of the month to 8,190 sf of office-warehouse space at 3325 Tompkins Ave. The Glenborough Realty Trust-owned building, totaling 136,160 sf, is part of the Palms Business Center South.
