Chicago Bridge & Iron's new spot is in the Venture Technology Building III at 8701 New Trails Dr. The firm also occupies three floors at a Grogan's Mill Drive office building and one floor at Town Center One Building, located at 1450 Lake Robbins Dr.
Bruce Steimle of Chicago Bridge & Iron says Venture Tech also will serve as regional headquarters for operations and support groups for industrial and Central and South American business. The firm is a specialty engineering and construction company with a bountiful roster of energy industry clients. Currently, the company accounts for 250 jobs in the Woodlands.
Bob Barr, president of Strategic Advisors, represented the tenant. The Woodlands Operating Co. LP used its director of offices sales and leasing, Gerald Irons, to negotiate the lease.
