In the largest of the 3Q transactions, Toys 'R' Us' Imaginarium division took just over 137,000 sf of distribution space at 60 Chapin Rd. in the Montville Business Center. Michael Evans of SBWE was the broker.

In other transactions, Titan Tool leased just over 52,400 sf at 12 Wright Way in Oakland, NJ; Danone Waters signed for 10,000 sf at 24 World's Fair Dr. in Somerset, NJ (the company distributes water and water coolers to businesses and residences); and Sabinsa Corp., a pharma lab, took 16,000 sf at 60 Ethel Rd. in Piscataway, NJ. Robert Bowman of Sheldon Gross Realty was the broker in the latter signing.

Also, Jia Li Textile (linens and bedding) leased 12,000 sf in Piscataway (John Jung of CB Richard Ellis was the broker); and Dax Systems, a telecom company, leased 7,620 sf at Montville Business Center, with Arnold Barron of Weichert Commercial brokering the transaction.

Finally, leases were signed with B. Jays Inc. (athletic shoes) in Englewood, NJ; Dendrite International (computer software) in Somerset, NJ; the Somerset County Government (5,000 sf in Somerset); Technical Telephone Systems in Somerset; Innovative Network Designs (Internet design) in Somerset; and Nu Horizons Corp. in Montville.
