Financing Arranged For R&D Building

LAFAYETTE, CO-A 16,630-sf office, research and development building in the Lafayette Tech Center is financed by a $1.4-million loan arranged by Minneapolis-based NorthMarq Capital. Kollmar-Jackson LLP is the borrower.

Kevin Chadwick, assistant vice president of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Kollmar-Jackson LLP.

NorthMarq, based in Minneapolis, is a national real estate investment banker providing financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and assisted living development. It services a $10-billion portfolio on behalf of 50 institutional investors. It has regional offices in Denver, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Phoenix, St. Louis, Chicago, San Diego, San Francisco, Dallas and Houston.
