The reassignment comes just as the second phase for Two Princess Drive, a 47,311-sf structure, nears its delivery stage. Earlier this year, Wall Street Development cut the ribbon on the 46,976-sf One Princess Drive, now leased to Hancock Homes and Stewart Title. The buildings are positioned at 8501 and 8502 E. Princess Dr., just off Outer Loop 101, and are within close proximity to restaurants, hotels, shopping and entertainment venues.
Coldwell Banker Commercial was the previous leasing agent for the project. The new team consists of Kelly McKone, Mark Cosmas and Chris Latvaaho, all of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. Jay Hoselton, a recent C&W hire, played a key role in securing the listing.
