Thad Hickman and Tyndall Yaap, both with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., represented the building owner, CCD-Cutten Ltd. Pro Metals, distributor of pipes, fittings and flanges, will be moving lock, stock and barrel from one block away at Grant Road. Yaap tells GlobeSt.com that the company simply needed more space to accommodate its growth.

Yaap says CCD-Cutten is an entity of Austin-based Capital Commercial Investments Inc. Pro Metals' new location is a metal and brick office-warehouse, with about 3,600 sf of office space.

Willowbrook Industrial Park currently is a three-building project. Tide Air Inc. occupies another 26,6000-sf structure and Andergauge USA Inc., a 16,000-sf building. Come first quarter 2002, CCD-Cutten will deliver on a third 26,600-sf design and one encompassing 21,000 sf. The Northwest Houston development, designed for up to 20 structures, is bringing all buildings out of the ground as spec.
