GVA Williams has the marketing assignment for River Drive Center 3, with David Simson, Lee Kosmac and Douglas Rowe of the firm's Parsippany, NJ office and Richard Plehn of the Manhattan office in charge of the effort. The building is said to be the largest block of new class A space on the market in Bergen County.

Among other things, the building has full redundancy of telecom service, with multiple POE's and advanced energy management systems, according to Joseph Langan, president of L.K.D. It also features a two-story atrium with granite and glass finishes.

"With virtually no new construction in the market," adds Jeffrey Schotz executive managing officer at GVA Williams, "we anticipate strong demand. This building can accommodate a variety of tenant requirements."
