Boston Private Bank and Trust has signed a long-term lease for 2,436 sf here, which will serve as the bank's Kendall Square retail branch bank and local office. The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority leased 1,594 sf of space here.
The Center is located on a 24-acre site here and its 12 buildings provide over two million sf of office space. Major tenants at Cambridge Center include Ernst & Young, Novell, Compaq Computer Corporation, EMC Corporation, Biogen, Inc. and The Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research. The Center also includes a 431-room Marriott Hotel and a 221-room Residence Inn by Marriott, an extended stay hotel.
