Bilbro raised two buildings new structures for the Hodges Golf Improvement Center, located at 12675 Sunset Drive. Bilbo also built new driving, chipping and putting ranges. Matt Dye was golf architect and Rick Engineering was the civil engineer.
Specifically, the project included construction of 4,400 sf of clubhouse and learning center, an 18,000-sf putting course, an 8,500-sf chipping green, a 9,500-sf putting green, a 95,000-sf turf tee, and a 360,000-sf driving range.
