EDG is moving into 3,019 sf of office space in a sublease from the travel agency, Navigant International. The office space is located at 3100 Wilcrest. Randy Mason of Colliers International in Houston, represented Navigant. Randy Wilhelm of Houston's NAI Partners Commercial Realty acted for EDG in the lease negotiations.
Seismic data company, Veritas DGC let go of 5,850 sf in two subleases at its Westchase office at 10375 Richmond. Peggy Meredith of Colliers International represented Veritas. GeoKnowledge USA took 3,774 sf while Shen Milson & Wilke subleased 2,076 sf. Glenna Duke of PM Realty in Houston represented GeoKnowledge and Century 21 Executives handled talks for Shen Milson & Wilke.
