Milestone Distributors is planning to relocate at the end of this year. The park, which broke ground in November 2000, is positioned at the intersection of Sam Houston Tollway and West Little York. Milestone is Dallas-based distributor of high-end appliances.
Kirk Woodall, Milestone's president, tells GlobeSt.com that he will relocate and consolidate Houston sites at 5200 Mitchelldale and an off-site storage location. Milestone currently occupies 10,000 sf at the Mitchelldale building and 20,000 sf at the secondary storage facility.
The Bondeson Business Park facility includes a 9,000-sf office and showroom. Woodall says he chose Bondeson because it has easy access points and the availability of the Sam Houston Tollway.
