Martinson Architects, Inc. of Green Bay, WI, designed the building and Westra Construction of Waupun, WI constructed the facility.

Located on about 70 acres in the Portage County Business Park on Interstate 39, the facility contains a warehouse, production space, distribution area to handle corporate sales orders, two phone centers -- one for corporate sales orders and one for Lands' Endconsumer calls -- a logo design area and management offices. Employee amenities include an exercise room with shower facilities and a contemporary employee lunchroom.

"Lands' End's development in the Portage County Business Park reaffirms the park's marketability and potential," says Stevens Point Mayor Gary Wescott. He compares Lands End decision to locate there much like "an anchor store distinguishes a mall."
