Gopal Reddy Jannapureddy purchased 16.8 acres on Smith Road near the intersection of I-59 and the Sam Houston Tollway. John S. Parsley and Robert S. Parsley, of the Houston offices of Colliers International and Clay & Co. represented the buyer. The seller, Joseph Hiller, was represented by MEDI. The brokers could not be reached by press time to comment on the land transaction.
McGraw Enterprises also picked up a 60,058-sf tract at Lakes of White Oak. Bill Byrd and Michael J. Taetz also of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the property owner, Neeshaw Partners. McGraw was represented by Cooper Slay of the Greater Houston Group in the deal.
ADC Properties, LLC has purchased .63 acres, also at the Lakes of White Oak. Byrd and Taetz of Colliers had a hand in this deal as they again Neeshaw Partners. Alan Hall of Hall Development represented ADC Properties.
