TMW Real Estate Group is the seller and the buyer is an out-of-state investor. The building is used as a warehouse and distribution facility for the commercial and residential lawn-care products manufacturer. Transaction details were unavailable by press time.
In a 6,500-sf lease, Mayco Sales Inc. has settled into a new location at 10625 Newkirk in northwest Dallas after exiting an office-warehouse that it leased for two decades, Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. The five-year lease provides more space in a newer building. Denton represented the tenant and Jason Miller of Property Advisors Realty Inc. in Irving handled talks for building owner, Madison-Decker Ltd. Mayco relocated from right across the street into a building with spot with a 60% office component, says Denton. The building is situated in the Northwest Service & Tech Center.
A retail lease, totaling 1,274 sf, will put a Smoothie Station into the Pepper Square Shopping Center in North Dallas. Aaron R. and Lynnett Gersh are the owners of the new concept and have cut a deal with Prestonwood Market Square Ltd. for the first location. Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller, both of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented tenant and building owner in the talks.
