Internusa Ceramic Signs $292,000 Lease

SAN LEANDRO, CA-The company, which does business as Essenza, leases several thousand square feet for five years in the Wicks Business Park. The park is owned by Westcore Industrial Properties.

The space will be used for office space and the warehousing and distribution of ceramic tile and related products. The park, located at 15063 Wicks Blvd. in San Leandro, CA, is owned by San Diego based Westcore Industrial Properties.

Westcore was represented in the transaction by John McManus of Cushman & Wakefield. Internusa Ceramic was represented by Mark Kol of CB Richard Ellis.
