Tom C. Smolik and Michael Spain of TIG Real Estate Services will coordinate leasing efforts for Coppell Commerce Center.
Spain tells GlobeSt.com that Building A on 1221 South Beltline is 93% leased and Building B at 1234 Lakeshore is 11% leased. Spain says the major tenants for the complex are Michael's Stores, HNC Insurance Solutions and Diebold Inc. The buildings feature fiber optic capabilities, standard parking and dock-high loading as well as a landscaped exterior.
"This is an excellent assignment for us," Smolik says. "We have clients actively seeking to relocate to the Coppell area, but we just did not have the ideal space in which to put them. Coppell Commerce Center enables us to showcase a first-class property in the area."
