Staubach's current client base totals over 17,000 properties with an aggregate 115 milion sf. Loss has helped clients to save $8.1 million so far this year.
Loss' new duties as vice president will include new business development, integrating client transition services into the real estate administration team and overseeing staffing and training needs for the largest group within the division.
