The building, with an exterior of brick and stone, is being designed by Davis Partnership P.C. It's a two-story building with a three-story atrium in the center. The facility will house a number of medical departments, including diagnostics, clinical, rehab, a wellness clinic, a laboratory, along with a MRI and CT scan.
The $15 million facility will include a 10,000-sf fitness center, yoga and Pilates classes, massage therapy and nutritional education programs.
A centerpiece will be a 125-seat amphitheater that will feature lectures and where patients can attend cooking classes and nutritional programs.
The South Denver Cardiology Associates is a group of 12 Denver cardiologists.
