The park was part of the $186 million, 2.7 million-sf portfolio Denholtz purchased in April of this year from Chicago-based Banyan Strategic Realty Trust. Besides Atlanta, the acquired properties are in Orlando; Sarasota, FL; Talahassee, FL; Huntsville, AL; Chicago; Memphis, TN; and Lexington, KY.
The 22-year-old Phoenix property is at 2700 Northeast Expressway, off Interstate 85 in northeast Atlanta. Among the park's tenants are Network Telephone, Viacom and United Parcel Service.
