AES NewEnergy is an electricity provider that serves commercial and industrial customers throughout Texas. AES NewEnergy was one of many electricity providers that participated in the Texas Electric Choice Pilot Program, which preceded deregulation of that industry in Texas.
In an unrelated transaction, Mazzie's Shoes, Clothing & More has leased 1,567 sf of office space at 1322 Space Park. Coy Davidson of Colliers International was on hand in this lease transaction as he represented Mazzie's Shoes. Nick Castillo of Boxer Properties represented the building owner, 1322 Space Park Ltd.
