The "Kids" Child Life station moved practically from around the corner into the two-year-old structure at 23011 N. 16th Lane. The station is affiliated with the Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The Deer Valley market brings $0.55 per sf to $0.70 per sf triple net monthly while land goes for $7.65 per in the Pinnacle Business Park. It, like other undertakings in the area, is getting a boost from a developing freeway network and attracting more industrial-type tenants as well as developers due to cheap land prices and available labor pool.
