Vaishnav Samaj bought the land at just over $100,000 per acre from a private family trust, according to Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc., whose Scott Schiave was the sole broker in the deal. "We were pleased to be able to find the right site to fill the buyer's needs and bring this transaction to a successful conclusion," Schiave says.
Further east, Schiave represented Sherry Sircher in her purchase of a King Car Wash at 134 N. 10th Ave. in Melrose Park for $705,000. Sircher bought the 50-year-old business and equipment from Luke Von Corp., which was represented by Inland's Norm Zable, in addition to the real estate. Not-for-profit SBA 504 loan originator SomerCor 504, Inc. and Inland subsidiary Westbank provided financing.
