Howard Weinberg and Matthew Turse of the Parsippany office ofColliers Houston & Co. represented Thebault in the transaction.The terms were not disclosed.

In a separate transaction, L.P. Thebault itself leased 14,400 sfin a nearby building, with Weinberg and Turse brokering thetransaction on behalf of the owner, Tower Walsh Associates. L.P.Thebault will use the new facility for paper storage.

Fox Hill Industrial Park began construction in the early 1960'safter the site was assembled by Colliers Houston. Today, itconsists of more than 1.5 million sf of space, occupied largely bydivisions of Fortune-sized companies.
