Located on Lee Highway, the RFI Associates-owned shopping center is currently home to grocery store Food Lion and the Warrenton Movies 5 Cinema. A Mexican restaurant also occupies space in the center. JBGR Principal Grant Ehat explains that the company "has already begun to search for tenants for the space." He adds that the complex's site "is situated in one of Virginia's faster growing markets, and the space could represent a tremendous growth opportunity for retailers of all kinds." JBGR also recently announced four additional property listings accounting for approximately 23,000 sf of retail space in Arlington County.
