Wiggins was instrumental in the sale of BLT Technologies Inc toMCI WorldCom Inc. and served as the subsidiary's president andchief operating officer through 1998. As chief executive officer ofLegalAnywhere Inc., Wiggins negotiated the sale of the legalservices collaboration company to Niku Corporation in early 2000.Wiggins currently serves on the board of Learning.com, Inc., aprovider of internet-delivered technology literacy curriculum, andadvises other companies, including SnapNames.com Inc.

Brought onto the board at the same time was Ted Ackerley, vicepresident of Ackerley Ventures Inc. and a member of the board ofdirectors of its parent and leading media and entertainmentcompany, The Ackerley Group, which recently announced a mergertransaction with Clear Channel Communications, Inc. ExistingDealPlanner directors include Bank of America Chief Economist,Mickey Levy, PhD, Liad Meidar, chief executive officer of i5Digital LLC, and Robert Bergquist, chief executive officer andpresident of DealPlanner.

DealPlanner, which completed its first round of venture fundingin August and is now out securing a second round, is developingsoftware for managing sophisticated finance transactions, such asmergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equityofferings and other corporate transactions.
