Spillis Candela's contract at the 32-story project is valued at $10 million. The residences range in size from 456 sf to 1,625 sf, with prices from $250,000 to $1 million. Emilio Bonilla, the architectural firm's senior designer and vice president, is directing the interior design work.

"Emilio Bonilla and his team bring a unique, international vision and true understanding of the ultimate South Florida lifestyle to the project," Dezer says in a prepared statement.

The first of the two planned luxury residential towers, the Sonesta Ocean Grande Resort Hotel Condominium, is 83% sold. The second tower, the Residences at Ocean Grande Oceanfront Condominium, is 72% sold. Both projects are expected to open by yearend 2002.
