Fresenius Medical Care has leased 7,023 sf of retail space at 10311 S. Post Oak in Houston. The company plans to use the space for a new medical clinic. Jason Whittington of the Houston office NAI Partners Commercial represented Fresenius in the lease. Fred Meyer of MC Management & Development Inc. represented the building owner, Luel Partnership, Ltd.
FMC Dialysis Services has leased 6,025 sf of medical office space at FM 518 & Yost Road in Pearland. FMC will use the facility for a freestanding medical clinic. Whittington of NAI Partners Commercial represented this medical tenant as well. Steve Huffman of Integra Health was the in-house representative for Integra Texas III, LLC.
