ORLANDO-Tim Perry and Lisa Bailey join the one-month-old Orlando office as directors in the office services group of the Atlanta-based firm. Jeff McFadden and Greg Morrison previously jumped ship at Carter.

Tim Perry and Lisa Bailey are the latest defectors. They join Advantis as directors in the firm's office services group based at 100 South Orange Ave. Downtown. Jeff McFadden and Greg Morrison previously jumped ship at Carter.

Perry has leased one million sf of office product in the last four years. Bailey has leased one million sf of office, warehouse and service center properties for institutional owners in metro Orlando over the last eight years.
