They bought it from the Douglas Allred Co. of San Diego.
The entire building is leased to Advanced SemiConductor Materials Inc. of Phoenix. It serves as the company's regional headquarters.
Bob Crum, Mark Krison and David Carder of CB Richard Ellis representedthe seller. Bob Broyles of Colliers International in Phoenix represented the buyers in the transaction, which was part of a Section 1031 Exchange.
