Rice Garden is a Chinese restaurant. It has leased 4,900 sf at Avalon Towne Center, which is under construction at US 377 in Granbury. Jason Cooper and Collin Lasater with Woodmont handled the transaction on behalf of Avalon Towne Center, a 40,000-sf shopping center with Quizno's and Mail Boxes Etc. as tenants in addition to Rice Garden.
Century 21 has renewed its lease for 3,000 sf at Woodmont North shopping center in southwest Fort Worth. Century 21 has committed to the space through late 2006. Woodmont North is at the southwest quandrant of McCart Street at Westcreek Drive. John Morton of The Woodmont Co. was the in-house representative for Woodmont North.
Payless Shoes has leased 3,000 sf at the 322,500-sf shopping center, Cityview Towne Crossing at Bryant Irvin in southwest Fort Worth. Kevin McIntosh of Woodmont handled lease negotiations for Cityview's developer, Weber Co.
Also, the chiropractic offices of Doug Vaden have leased 1,310 sf at Woodmont North. Morton handled this lease negotiation as well.
