The 84,756-sf, four-story building is part of the Midway Atriums, which also includes 14285 and 14295 Midway. All of the buildings were constructed in 1986 and have four stories. The 14285 Midway building is 84,756 sf and the 14295 Midway building is 85,363 sf. The buildings have an advertised lease rate of $19 per sf.
Abby Executives Suites offers flexible lease and generally smaller office spaces to entrepreneurs, accountants, lawyers and other professionals seeking small space with full-service amenities. Abby provides its subtenants with secretarial, notary and receptionist services as well as offers amenities such as furnished offices, computer, technical and telephone services.
