ISEC Construction Services is drawing up conceptual design and construction plans for the moldings, millwork and other finishing touches for the 34-story, 790,883-sf hotel now under construction at 525 Kettner Blvd.
Clark Construction Group, general contractor for the project, retained ISEC for the project, a development of Manchester Resorts. The hotel is scheduled for completion in July 2003.
ISEC's work includes procurement and installation of millwork, interior and exterior ornamental metal, and moldings. The cost for the millwork, moldings and metal finishes portion of the project exceeds $7 million.
