The seasoned Hoselton moved to the Valley in 1988 from Denver, where he spent a decade at C&W's Denver office as a top producer. He served as regional president in Phoenix after opening Fuller & Co.'s office and then went on to the head role for Coldwell Banker Commercial's Phoenix team. Hoselton is a specialist in tenant representation and a consistent top producer.
Jim Wentworth, C&W's senior managing director, says the firm is "thrilled" to have Hoselton back on board. "His professional tenure and knowledge of this market will be a great asset," says Wentworth.
