The high-tech company MRO Software has leased 3,079 sf at 14505 Torrey Chase Blvd. in the 1960-Champions submarket of northwest Houston. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, represented the building owner, Northchase Investments LP. Bruce Lee of Lee Partners represented MRO Software in the lease transaction.

The Torry Chase building is a 67,002-sf, four-story suburban office building constructed in 1983 and renovated in 1998. The property has an 84% occupancy rate and carries an advertised asking rate of $15.50 per sf.

Btek Interests LLC has signed for 5,957 sf at 13100 Northwest Freeway. Descant negotiated both sides of the deal. The 126,015-sf building was constructed in 1982 and is owned by Northwest One LP. The property has an advertised asking price of $18.50 per sf.
