The high-tech company MRO Software has leased 3,079 sf at 14505Torrey Chase Blvd. in the 1960-Champions submarket of northwestHouston. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group,represented the building owner, Northchase Investments LP. BruceLee of Lee Partners represented MRO Software in the leasetransaction.

The Torry Chase building is a 67,002-sf, four-story suburbanoffice building constructed in 1983 and renovated in 1998. Theproperty has an 84% occupancy rate and carries an advertised askingrate of $15.50 per sf.

Btek Interests LLC has signed for 5,957 sf at 13100 NorthwestFreeway. Descant negotiated both sides of the deal. The 126,015-sfbuilding was constructed in 1982 and is owned by Northwest One LP.The property has an advertised asking price of $18.50 per sf.
