She is considered a leader in tenant representation and a consistent top producer for the Dallas team. Pausky, a local "heavy hitter," is ranked in the top 5% nationally.

Doug Demers, managing principal of Perkins & Will's Texas practice, has brought Gordon K. Gilmore on board as a senior project designer. Gilmore is a 27-year veteran who "will play a key role as a mentor to our junior designers and interim architects," says Demers.

Gilmore previously worked for 26 years at Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum in Dallas. His portfolio includes a wide spectrum of projects, with notable clients being Motorola, Nortel, IMAX, Triton Energy, Hilton Hotels and Sheraton Hotels. He also worked on the region's intermodal transportation center, Plano Civic Center, Nortel's Richardson campus and international projects such as Hines-Mir Propsekt, a mixed-used development in Moscow and IMAX Theater in San Juan.
