Encompassing 154,920 sf, the project features a 143,520-sf warehouse and distribution center. The concrete tilt-up facility, which was designed by Irvine-based Carlile Coatsworth and Architects, has a 30-ft clearance height and dock-high bays that measure 50-ft by 52-ft. In addition to the warehouse and distribution facility, the project includes a 9,600-sf maintenance building, a 1,800-sf truck wash and 9,900 sf of office space.

Snyder Langston broke ground on the recently completed project in January 2001. "We were able to get involved early on and work with our client on the design of the building," says Richard Majestic, Snyder Langston's VP of Operations. "This resulted in creatively redesigning the building elevation and drainage of the site," he adds. According to Majestic, the changes resulted in a savings of $100,000 for the developer.

The completed complex, which is owned by Lake Forest-based Wilson Income Properties, stands on a 14.5-acre parcel at the corner of East Belmont Street and South Cucamonga Ave. It is currently occupied by the distribution company Las Vegas Los Angeles Express Inc.
