Auge Industrial Fasteners LLC leased 8,650 sf at 2066 Afton, located off Hempstead Highway near US Highway 290 and the Loop 610 interchange. Bill Ginder of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented Auge Industrial Fasteners in the lease transaction. Carpet Again Recycling is the property owner.
In the same area between Hempstead Highway and US Highway 290, TSS Datacom has leased 3,602 sf of industrial warehouse space at 8901 Jameel from Midway Commerce Park Properties LP. Ron Roberson, also of Caldwell Watson, represented the tenant while John Duffie of the Midway Cos. was the building owner's in-house broker on the deal. TSS Datacom specializes in supplying products to the communications and low voltage industry.
