And, according to Peter Schofel, president of Eastman Management Corp., an additional 10,000 to 15,000 sf may be opening up as well, bringing the overall size of the block of space to as much as 35,000 sf. According to Eastman's director of leasing, Bill Kanter, the complex offers a two-story marble atrium lobby, upscale landscaping and access to I-280, I-80, I-287 and Route 10.
