Posey will serve as senior vice president and executive director of corporate advisory services. She will head up the firm's tenant representation group in Atlanta.
In fall 2000, Posey left Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia office to join Intellispace Inc. as president of its southeast sales division.
Intellispace provides high-speed Internet access to tenants in commercial properties. Posey left Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office in February 2000 to head the Philadelphia office.
