The five-story, masonry construction building is a fast-track project that will open in time for students in the fall of 2002. Nelson Hall boasts a 135,500-sf design, featuring two floors of underground parking, central kitchen and dining hall surrounding an open courtyard. The project is located at 2222 S. High St. Bennett Wagner & Grody designed the dormitory. Haselden Construction Inc. is the general contractor.
