Security Federal has 17 branches and its headquarters in San Antonio. It also has branches in Boerne and Uvalde and six in Colorado. The branches are 6,000 sf to 7,000 sf. Larry Baumgardner of Dominion Advisory Group Inc. has represented Security Federal in the transaction. The site of the branch-to-be is in front of a 200,000-sf Super Wal-Mart store under construction on the northeast corner of the Rigsby-Loop 410 intersection.
