The property, located at 135-141 10th St., was purchased by William Foreman. The seller of the property, the Barnes Family Trust, completed renovations to the property in September. The property was sold vacant and in warm shell condition.
Foreman was represented by Virgil Caselli of Ritchie Commercial, who reports that the second floor offices have been leased. Foreman will be relocating his printing business, Spectrum Graphix, into the ground and mezzanine floors of the property.
The Barnes Family Trust was represented by Arthur Lange of Citivision Commercial, who says that escrow on the property opened in December 2000 at a high of $4.1 million, but the deal fell through due to the dot-com bust.
"This price should serve as the new benchmark for superior concrete commercial warehouse buildings south of Market," adds Lange.
