Integrated Trade Systems provides software and technological solutions to the logistics and freight forwarding industries. Rollie Andre and Tom Ford, both of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial's Houston office, represented Integrated Trade Systems in the lease. Steve Crawford was the in-house representative for the building owner, Equity Office Properties Trust.
The 2500 Citywest building is a 574,216-sf, 25-story building immediately adjacent to Westheimer and Beltway 8 in the Westchase submarket. The building was constructed in 1983. It is one of seven structures in the Chicago-based REIT's Houston portfolio. The others are Brookhollow Central I, II and III, totaling 798,000 sf; Intercontinental Center, 195,000 sf; the 208,000-sf Northborough Tower; and 959,000-sf San Felipe Tower.
